At QCM UK, our mission is to bridge the gap between grassroots and professional football academies. We are dedicated to providing aspiring athletes the opportunity to train, learn, and play five days a week, fostering a deep love and understanding of the game. Our comprehensive programs are designed not only to develop football skills but also to create pathways for scholarships in the USA, ensuring that our players have the chance to achieve their dreams both on and off the field.
In partnership with school academies, we secure funding and guarantee quality facilities, enhancing the sports infrastructure in our community. Through these efforts, we aim to support the holistic development of young athletes, providing them with the resources they need to excel.
We are committed to enhancing the pathways from primary to secondary education, college, and university in the UK, ensuring a seamless progression for our athletes. Additionally, we provide overseas opportunities in the USA and UAE, broadening the horizons for our players.

Elite Development
QCM UK maintains a close relationship with the Football Association, local Premier League clubs, and grassroots football, which is rapidly evolving. We are leading the way in transforming how children's football is delivered. By employing professionally qualified coaches, we aim to address current issues and foster the development of well-rounded sportsmen and sportswomen.

Facilities Management
In Cheshire, the council's pitch playing strategy highlights a clear lack of quality facilities. Schools are encouraged to collaborate with local community groups to develop their own facilities and then partner with organisations that will utilise them daily as the schools finish. This approach helps maintain operational investment while minimising costs. We are working with educational partners to implement this vision in a logical and effective manner. We see this is a great way to locate quality facilities quickly.

What We Provide

QCM School Delivery
We have a team of skilled football coaches who assist both primary and secondary schools with their PE football lessons and manage the school teams. Our services are available for students aged 3 to 16 years.

Future Stars Program
Our Future Stars program is a football-focused course designed for students in Years 7 to 11 at select secondary schools. This course integrates with the school's core curriculum, replacing non-core subjects with football training to provide daily high-level coaching and education.

QCM Academy
QCM provides an advanced football program outside of the traditional school and educational setting. We are dedicated to bridging the gap between grassroots and academy football by offering a comprehensive academy experience during evenings and weekends.

Facilties Management
We take pride in our facilities and want to ensure that we have the best groundsmen to ensure that surfaces are playable year round. We have developed a team to support our ambitions and are working in schools around the North West.

Renewables
We own a Cheshire based partner company called Socialcru Renewables. We specialise in working with schools on Net Zero ambitions through the installation of Solar, Battery, EV, Voltage Optimisation, Air Source, Ground Source and Energy purchasing.
